Hayesbank Bed and Breakfast is situated in Ashford in an ideal location for visiting the city and beyond. It is conveniently situated for visiting other places of interest such as Dover Castle,Leeds Castle, Canterbury with its magnificent Cathedral, Tenterden and Rye, all just a short drive away.
Near Ashford International Station, just 15 minutes walk, and only 4 minutes by taxi from the Eurostar to Paris and Brussels, is just off junction 9 of the Eurostar terminal at Ashford International Station, and the M20 motorway to the Channel Tunnel and London.

Hayesbank B&B Ashford, has 15 well maintained bedrooms en-suite, non smoking only, simply furnished and keeping with traditional Guest House.
The Guests have access to a parking space (on request when booking).
The rooms are of type: single, double, twin, family room (for three people, and family room for four people). For guests who have the need for any short or long term stays, we have a disposition of the apartments for 5 or 6 people. Each room has a private entrance, shared a corridor, in such a way that the guest has full freedom 'of movement, without sacrificing their privacy.
Check-in begins at 2:00 pm and ended at 10 pm unless arranged otherwise (before arrival).
We are happy to take care of your luggage if you arrive earlier and your room is not ready yet.
Departures: Rooms must be vacated by 10 am the day of departure. If different arrangements are necessary please contact the management.

Be mindful of other guests by holding down excessive noise after 9:00 pm in the evenings and before 8:00 am in the mornings.
For the comfort and safety of all our guests, smoking is strictly forbidden.
Failure to comply with smoke free regulations is a criminal offence and will result in a mandatory fine of £50.00.

- Do not accept travel checks or other forms of payment;
- For the moment, we do not accept payment by card.

- After payment, we will issue a receipt or invoice;
