Hayesbank B&B is a friendly Bed & Breakfast establishment in Ashford, with affordable rates. Is close to Ashford International Station, just only 3-4 minutes by taxi or 12-15 minutes walk. Easy access to the M20 motorways brings London, the Ports and the Channel Tunnel within easy reach.

Situated in an ideal location for visiting the city and beyond.It is conveniently situated for visiting other places of interest such numerous medieval spots, Wye, Chilham, Rye, Canterbury with its magnificent Cathedral, Leeds and Dover Castles, Tenterden and Rye to name but a few. From Lydd Airport can take short flights over Romney Marsh, with its world famous miniature steam trains.

Nearby are the world famous Howletts and Port Lympne Zoos and The Kent & East Sussex Steam Railway.

We are a short walk from Ashford’s town centre (just 2 minutes) where there are shopping malls, shopping outlets, pubs, cafes and restaurants, we are a short distance away from William Harvey Hospital, just off junction 9 of the Eurostar terminal in Paris and Brussels (Ashford International Station), is close (only half mile) to the 'M20 motorway to the Channel Tunnel , and is just 30 minutes by train (high speed) from London.

The internal bus lines are connected with the most important stations in the City.

Hayesbank B&B, has 12 rooms newly textured, all en-suite and non smoking only (our guests have an area for smokers in the garden).

The rooms are of type: single, double, twin, family room (for three people, and family room for four people). For guests who have the need for any short or long term stays, we have a disposition, 3 family room for 4 people. Each room has a private entrance, shared a corridor, in such a way that the guest has full freedom 'of movement, without sacrificing their privacy.

The B&B rooms are furnished in a simple and consistent like the traditional Guest Houses in Ashford, ( guests have access free to a car park, on request when booking).We serve a continental breakfast or full English in the delightful breakfast room between 7.30 to 9.00, Monday to Saturday, and for Sunday, continental breakfast only.

Check-in begins at 14,oo (2,oo pm) and finish at 20,00 (8,oo pm) unless arranged otherwise (before arrival).

We are happy to take care of your luggage if you arrive earlier and your room is not ready yet.

Please note check-ins are not open 24 hours a day.

Check-out time is by 10.00 am on the day of departure. Please make sure you have returned your key.

Be mindful of other guests by holding down excessive noise after 9:00 pm in the evenings and before 8:00 am in the mornings.

For the comfort and safety of all our guests, smoking is strictly forbidden.

Failure to comply with smoke free regulations is a criminal offence and will result in a mandatory fine of £50.00.
